Press Release: CAMBODIA TAX FORUM 2026 – “Promoting Tax Compliance for Cambodia’s Economic Development”

​On February 5-6, 2026, the Cambodia Tax Forum 2026 was held at the Headquarters of the General Department of Taxation (GDT Tower) under the theme “Enhancing Tax Compliance for Cambodia’s Economic Development.” The two-day forum was co-organized by the General Department of Taxation of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce.

​The forum had three main objectives: to raise awareness of tax administration, to explain tax regulations and obligations, and to highlight the modernization of the tax system to promote tax compliance in Cambodia.

​The Cambodia Chamber of Commerce earnestly appeals to the private sector, including both local and international companies operating in the Kingdom of Cambodia, to participate in promoting tax compliance.
